Terms and Conditions:

1.  Room rates are applicable to ALL MARKET and valid from Nov. 01, 2009 to Oct. 31, 2010.

2.  Room quoted per night, with free use of all the amenities and facilities.

3.  Room quoted per month will have additional charge e.g. electricity, water, telephone, cable, internet, shuttle and laundry services.

4.  Free of charge for children seven (7) years old and below when sharing room and using existing bedding with adults.

5.  An extra charge of $ 25 USD person/ night over seven (7) years old. Payment by credit card will be billed upon confirmation of booking.

6.  Payment will be billed upon confirmation of booking or 15 working days before the arrival during low season and 30 working days during peak

     season.

7.  Option to finalize must be followed, otherwise the booking/s will automatically release.

8.  Send guest names and flight details upon the finalization of booking/s.

9.  All guaranteed bookings that will be cancelled are subject to full cancellation charge during Super Peak Season.

10. There shall be no refund for the guest who experience travel delay.

11. If guest fails to show up on check-in without prior notice the no show charge shall be applied.

12. An inventory will be signed upon check in and check out. The guest is responsible for any damage and loss in the unit and agrees to pay to their

     account.

Cancellation Policy:

       50% cancellation charge 15 days before the guest arrival.

       100% cancellation charge 10 days before the guest arrival.

       No refund for cancellation made before the mentioned time limit.
