Management Fees

Prices of real Estate in Boracay are increasing at an incredible rate. In the past 4 years, the value added amounted to approx. 35% p.a. and economy growth has recently risen to 38%

To assure the standard that your home should be rented out at, the management fee will be 30%* of the nightly rental charge. This covers the cost of; all staff services,drop off and pick up service, laundry service, concierge, administration and marketing fees.
